Bring Back the No.61 Bus

Many residents in Boyatt Wood and Allbrook were left without a vital transport link when the No. 61 bus route was cancelled last year. This has made it harder for people to get to work, attend appointments, access shops, and stay connected with friends and family.

Reliable public transport is essential, especially for those who do not have access to a car. The loss of this service has had a real impact on our community, increasing isolation and making everyday journeys more difficult.

Now, Hampshire County Council has additional funding available for transport provision. This is the right moment to act.

We, the undersigned, call on Hampshire County Council to reinstate the No. 61 bus route serving Boyatt Wood and Allbrook, restoring a vital link for local residents.
